Appeals & complaints

If authors have an issue with the review process, then the first to approach and address the issue is the editor or the Copernicus Publications Editorial Support. If they cannot address the issue, or if the issue relates to the editor, then the author can approach the executive editors. In the ultimate case when the issue cannot be resolved by the executive editors, the author can contact the Chair of the EGU Publications Committee who acts as the Ombudsperson for publications.
